As with the lower mounting bracket on the Gen 1 Vanquish, the main towing eye upright is also susceptible to corrosion.
We have seen these completely snap when an attempt is made to tow the car, resulting in very expensive damage.
We are remanufacturing these using heavier gauge steel and a redesigned threaded boss.
We have capped off the threaded boss and will provide a bung to prevent corrosion of the screw threads. The rest of the assembly will be supplied zinc primed and powder coated black, offering the ultimate in durability.
This part is fabricated in house, to order. We carry stock of all machined components.
