Gen 1 Vanquish Rear subframe refurbishment service This includes:

• Removal of all 6 bushings (4x subframe to chassis mounts, 2x rear diff mounts)
• Thorough cleaning and degreasing 
• Shotblasting of subframe to Sa 2.5
• Thoroughly inspect and carry out welding repairs if necessary
• Zinc prime and powder-coat satin black. Check all threaded holes, chase threads if necessary.
• Replace bushes with new using OE tooling (either standard OE rubber or polyurethane bushes)
• Flood all cavities with Lanoshield and wipe down exterior of excess.

This price also includes shotblasting and powder-coating of the rear subframe brace, anti-roll bar, roll bar clamps and associated subframe brackets.

This service will require your subframe being delivered to us and has a 2-3 week turnaround time.
