One of the common corrosion points for the Gen 1 Vanquish is at the rear of the tub where the rear arch liner brackets are secured.

The brackets are originally made from mild steel, and the galvanic corrosion is usually quite severe.

Most cars we see have heavy pitting, but some have developed holes in the aluminium tub!

These plates are designed to replace the original damaged aluminium and offer a complete repair solution to an otherwise very difficult problem to fix.

We have machined these from billet aluminium and they have been anodised. OE Xylan coated rivnuts will be used to resecure the arch liner brackets once repair has been carried out.

We are currently working on the jig and tooling required to accurately carry out fitment of this repair plate.
