This is a properly engineered full Stainless Steel and brass replacement complete with gaskets.
Because we have been into several classic V8 fuel tanks we know the fuel pickup assembly is made of mild steel. We have yet to see one that hasn't started rusting and in some cases, doesn't have much left.
